The HESS Collective launched its ambitious cloud transformation program for member institutions approximately three years ago. Since then, 15 institutions have joined, with more continuously being added. This presentation delves into the collective’s dynamic progression, the invaluable lessons learned, and the significant milestones achieved along the way. With 11 institutions now live on Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, and many more advancing towards the implementation of Student Cloud solutions, the HESS Collective stands as a testament to collaborative innovation and shared success.
