Please use the online form below to submit your 50-minute session presentation proposal for Day ONE (11/12/2025) of the conference. Your session will be presented in-person at this year’s conference and can be on any innovative and/or helpful topic that you have experience and expertise in that might help the HESS member institutions in attendance. Your entry will be evaluated by the conference team and you will be notified on or before August 1, 2025 if your submission has been accepted.

We are excited to see what presentation you are submitting as well as happy that you will be a part of the 2024 HESS Consortium National Conference on November 12-14, 2025.
As you know, as an Elite or Platinum sponsor, you are eligible to do a session in the DAY ONE presentations with our member presentations. I would strongly encourage you to ask one or more of your HESS member institution customers to join you in your presentation on day one. Having member institutions join you in your presentations is always the best way to show your strong customer relationships and practical applications of your services in your presentations to attendees.
