The 2023 HESS Consortium National Conference will be the biggest and best and most affordable conference yet for our private, non-profit member institutions!

This year is the first in-person conference for the HESS Consortium since 2019 and this year will be a great reunion of private institution CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Directors as well as many other technology and higher education professionals from all areas.

LATEST INFORMATION: Both of our Elite Conference Sponsors, Drivestream and Ellucian, will have a 1/2 day, post-conference seminar session on FRIDAY morning, November 17th from 8:00am – 12:00noon EST. If you are a Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague or Oracle Cloud customer, please make plan to attend the post-conference sessions!

ALSO, don’t miss the 2023 HESS National Conference Celebration party on Thursday, November 16 after the final sessions! We will have lots of food, drinks, giveaways and a live band for our members! DON’T MISS IT!!

We are very excited about our brand-new conference location at the historic, riverfront Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville, KY. The Galt House guest rooms and meeting/dining spaces are all newly remodeled and are located within a short walking distance to many great attractions including The Speed Art Museum, The Mohammad Ali Center, The Louisville Slugger Museum and many downtown shops and restaurants. The Galt House has 6 restaurants for accompanying family and friends and is connected to the KFC Yum Center Arena.

As always, we have tried our best to keep our cost low for our private college and university members. This year, the conference registration is only $150 per attendee and includes all sessions and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the registration cost. The negotiated standard room costs at the beautiful Galt House Hotel are only $189 per night. (We are sorry but registration is closed)

Again this year, our conference schedule will feature all of the meetings with executives from our enterprise system partner companies, demonstrations of their software solutions and the business partner showcase, introducing you to new products and services from our HESS Consortium Business Partners and Affiliates. Most importantly, there will be lots of time to engage and network with other CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and technology professionals from all areas as well as other professionals from finance, human resources and academic leadership from private, non-profit colleges and universities from the U.S
