In a groundbreaking partnership, HFU teamed up with Lucy, the AI-Peer Advisor, to streamline resource access and enhance the student experience. You’ll learn how integrating campus checklists and policies into Lucy’s Response Guidance (RAG), combining live access to all public university information with a solution to garbage in, garbage out, collaborating with various campus offices, and conducting rigorous user testing culminated in engaging launch events that propelled student adoption.
