The Business Partner Showcase in Cochran will be open from 8:00am EST to 6:00pm EST on DAY ONE and DAY TWO as well as specified times slots below.

Over our careers in higher education, one of the biggest concerns CIOs, CTOs and Directors have had is with computer and network equipment purchases. It seems that this area is one that our schools have had little influence on unit pricing. Several OEMs have been engaged and are interested since it lowers there overall cost for sales engagement. In this session, we will discuss a new model for group purchasing through a proposed new centralized system called MEDIUS. Keith will show the beta version of the software in this session.
Your input is crucial to this new concept so this will be a discussion format with attendees on the viability of this type of group buying as well as identifying challenges and advantages of hundreds of institutions buying in bulk.
This discussion is primary for business partners and affiliates but is also open to our member institutions.
